Desde 1921, esta compa\u00f1\u00eda lleva el nombre de Mondiale.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Por d\u00e9cadas Vilvoorde fue el coraz\u00f3n latiente de los \u00abMondialistas\u00bb. Era el hijo de un cerrajero y se hab\u00eda convertido en <strong>ingeniero<\/strong>. Un hombre muy <strong>ambicioso<\/strong>. Inventivo y <strong>sociable<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n. Y muy apreciado por ello, incluso en los c\u00edrculos m\u00e1s altos de <strong>Par\u00eds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fondu se especializ\u00f3 en <strong>equipamiento ferroviario<\/strong>, como inventor y productor. Hizo <strong>ingeniosas mejoras<\/strong> en las puertas, cerraduras, manijas, iluminaci\u00f3n, sistemas de seguridad y carrocer\u00eda. Invent\u00f3 un sistema para el <strong>registro del tiempo<\/strong> de los vigilantes nocturnos. Dise\u00f1\u00f3 <strong>el equipo<\/strong> para las mangueras de incendios en los trenes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-151dede elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"151dede\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La f\u00e1brica de Fondu, precursora de Mondiale<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa8c4ef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aa8c4ef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En su f\u00e1brica produc\u00eda clavos, remaches, pernos, tuercas y bisagras. Tambi\u00e9n ten\u00eda una <strong>cerrajer\u00eda<\/strong> y un <strong>taller de m\u00e1quinas herramientas<\/strong>. Esto \u00faltimo ciertamente le suena a todos los que conocen <strong>la Mondiale de hoy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u2018Fondu \u2013 Staadt, Fabrique de Mat\u00e9riel de Chemin de Fer\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, ese fue el primero de muchos nombres. Unos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde, a la edad de 69 a\u00f1os, <strong>emigr\u00f3<\/strong> a Ohio en los Estados Unidos. Mientras tanto, la antorcha fue entregada a <strong>sus 3 hijos<\/strong>. La compa\u00f1\u00eda cambi\u00f3 otra vez de nombre: <strong><em>\u2018Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en nom collectif Charles J.B.
