Copyright Notice

1. Ownership. All content on www.mondiale.be, including product photographs, images, product descriptions, technical data, drawings, texts, logos, the page layout and the structure of the database, was created by Mondiale NV and is its exclusive property. This content is protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights, including under Book XI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the Berne Convention and applicable European legislation.

2. Prohibited use. Without the prior written consent of Mondiale NV, it is prohibited to download, copy, store, modify, distribute or communicate to the public all or part of this content, by any means or in any medium. This expressly includes the use of our photos and texts on social media (such as Facebook), on online marketplaces, in advertisements, and in quotations or other commercial communications. It is also prohibited to use our content to offer machines or parts that are not supplied by Mondiale NV, or to give the impression that such machines originate from, or are available through, Mondiale NV.

3. Permitted use. Viewing the website for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted. Any other use, for example by customers or resellers, requires a written licence from Mondiale NV.

4. Consequences of infringement. Mondiale NV takes action against any unauthorised use. We reserve the right, among other things, to: send a formal notice to cease and desist; ask the platforms concerned to remove listings and images (including through Meta’s reporting procedures); claim an end to the infringement, damages and reimbursement of costs incurred; and pursue any other remedy available at law.

5. Reporting an infringement or requesting permission. If you have seen a listing that uses our photos or texts, or if you would like to request permission, please contact us at info@mondiale.be and include a link to the listing or page.

6. Governing law. This notice is governed by Belgian law. The courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
